As a young kitten, Blaze was showing signs of blunt physical trauma when she was rescued. The
incredible rage with which she reacted toward humans made it clear that she

Patience, time, and gentle handling have helped Blaze heal and develop a sense of trust. Now this dilute calico with an unusual look and petite build zips everywhere she goes.
Blaze tends to be a busy, bossy cat, and mouthy when pushed to it, but when she wants affection, she knows how to slow down and enjoy. She has experience with dogs, and plays with a bunny. Blaze will not be placed in a home with young children.

Blaze likes: trilling; bedtime cuddling (especially ear rubs and sleeping next to someone); catnip; digging to China in litterbox.
She dislikes: restraint; being picked up and cuddled
(unless on her terms!).
