Kahli

DOB:  6/95

Female

Photo: Kahli the cat.

Kahli was a Dumpster mom who was raising three kittens on the grounds of ACT when she was rescued. She’s very confident, companionable, observant, adaptable, and dogwise.

This green-eyed, brindled tortie has an incredibly soft coat. Her roaring purr can be heard from across the room.

As graceful and regal (her title is “Princess of Everything”) as she appears, she’s actually the klutziest cat in the house. Her foster caregiver grimaces every time she sees Kahli preparing to jump to the top of the piano because Kahli’s landings tend to be “exciting.” Something always ends up on the floor.

Kahli really likes to schmooze with other cats and humans and is quite entertaining. She is a very competent cat and could be placed in a home with teenagers.

Although she does have the independence to be an only cat, Kahli would miss the company of other felinesespecially malessince she thinks of herself as one of the guys.

On ocassion, Kahli asks for a lap, but most of the time she entertains herself playing bottlecap soccer or lounges in the sun.

Kahli likesheadbunting; herding other female cats; hanging out with her male cat buddies; birdwatching; being “with” rather than “on” humans

She dislikesnot much!
