Odie—adopted!

Photo: Odie the cat.Odie was unique from the start. As a kitten, he was quite ill with a mysterious (even to the veterinarians at Iowa State University) infection that enlarged all his lymph glands.

He has a food allergy that has been alleviated by a special diet and judicious use of steroids. Odie is an affectionate little guy who loves to chatter in frustration at birds and squirrels through the window.

Odie also adores curling up with his cat friends, and he tolerates polite dogs. He needs an attentive caregiver able to monitor his health.

This is one handsome cat!

DOB:  8/98—Male.

Odie likes:  cuddling; wand toys; catnip mice; wrestling with Bug.

He dislikes:  hands over his head (he’s head-shy).
