Papa Bear—adopted!

Photo: Pappa Bear the cat.For someone who had never been touched by a human (much less been inside and experienced the dilemma of stairs), Bear does pretty well. He’s eager, gentle, and not at all demanding.

His eyes say he wants to be able to trust humans more than he currently does. Bear’s confidence continues to blossom. He now actually approaches humans—the feral version of cruising for hugs.

Bear needs to be with other cats and seeks very patient, catwise caregiver who will continue to take it slow and be happy with his steady development from feral to housecat.

DOB:  6/94—Male.

Bear likes:  headbunting his caregiver; big hugs; having his back scratched.

He dislikes:  sudden hand movements; loud noises.
