Snow—adopted!

Snow the catSnow is a friendly, independent and outgoing cat. The black spot on her side made her an easy target for whoever shot her with a BB gun (near 4th Avenue and 5th Street in Coralville.)

Snow’s level of confidence is way beyond 4 paws (see below). This is a cat who probably never got to spend much time learning feline social skills from her siblings.

Her behavior toward other cats is amazing. She either ignores them completely, or she overwhelms them with her presence by approaching them head on, in an absolutely direct manner, completely violating their personal space. This very un-cat-like behavior has its roots in control rather than aggression.

Snow bonds easily and well with humans. She’s quite the flirt and adores being the center of attention. Her antics are truly entertaining. Snow should be an only cat, but she’d enjoy having a dog of her own.

DOB:  1997—Female.

Snow likes:  human contact and attention; being in the know; shredded chicken; birdwatching; dogs; being treated like the princess she is.

She dislikes:  being told “no;” humans who don’t acknowledge her as the princess she is.
