Male

Tabu is enough of a kitten that hi purrsonality, like his body, is still under construction.

Tabu and his brother were born to a feral mom in Oakville, Iowa, less than a year after the flood that devasted the town, leaving more feral cats than people. This litter of kittens was fortunate enough to be handled by the person serving as feral cat colony manager.

The mom cat has been spayed and returned to her colony, thanks to the Iowa Humane Alliance (IHA), with help from Best Friends Animal Society. IHA intervened with a Trap/Neuter/Release/Manage (TNRM) program to keep the colonies from growing.
