Paws for Celebration Humane Awards Breakfast -----7-8am,

Eleven extraordinary
human beings who have demonstrated uncommon respect, generosity,
and compassion for animals will be honored. Three special
animals will also be recognized for their valor and for
the boundless unconditional love they bestow on a daily
basis.
Tickets for
the breakfast may be purchased through May 18 at The New
Pioneer Coop (both locations), Prairie Lights, the Art Mission,
the Hounds Tooth, HyVee (First Avenue and Coralville), or
at the door, on a space-available basis.
The Continental
Breakfast will include assorted fresh-baked pasteries, bagels
& cream cheese, fresh fruit salad, coffee, milk, tea,
and juice. Join
